Good knowledge of various Modules useful in Software Development and Software Maintenance
Proactively monitor application behaviour and inform Central support team about anomalies.
Manage co-ordination with the various working groups engaged in Operations in Passport Veva Kendras (PSK).
Communicate application changes to users in coordination with Operations team.
