Software Engineer - 611335
Job Description: Responsible for developing all aspects of graphics drivers to include; Content Protection, Video/DXVA*, video codecs, image, and color processing, OpenGL*, DirectX*/Direct3D*, Video BIOS, also to develop operating systems, display driver development and simulation environment development.
Qualifications
You should possess a Master of Technology degree and/or a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science with minimum five years of experience in Windows* device driver debugging or development.
Additional qualifications include:
- Solid understanding of modern PC architecture
- Good understanding of Windows* Operating System Internals, and windows* driver architecture
- Excellent programming skills in C, C++ and scripting (such as Perl and Ruby).
- Expertise in kernel level debugging using Windows* Dbg, and SoftIce*
- Experience in Graphics Hardware-Software interfacing and debug would be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and debugging skills are preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage assigned tasks
- Proven ability to work across functional groups and organizations
