Required :
Knowledge on various IT jobs and associated responsibilities
Awareness of different software, tools and applications and their relevance
Research techniques pulling information from numerous sources
Proficiency with MS Office tools and internet
Excellent writing and verbal communication
Willing to work in the night shift
