•Experience on working with Adobe Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator.
•Basic knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS, Adobe Dreamweaver
•Ability to design screen elements from requirements with high visual impact.
•Good color rendering skill in Photoshop and Flash.
•Should be able to create background, objects,etc
Responsibilities:
Excellent "Creativity" in complete designing aspect like creating Websites , Portals, Landing Pages, Blogs, Print designs, websites and branding. Should be highly creative with new ideas. Ability to implement creative guidelines with the knowledge of Website structure & functionality process, proficient with traditional page layout, image manipulation and illustration applications.

Requirement:
*Should have the ability to create superior, original designs for the Web. * Should have Strong interest of user experience and having strong design style ,proficient with image manipulation, including creative design solutions within the constraints of the Internet, illustration, animation and web site building applications.* Good communication skills able to explain web design proposals and decisions. Only male Candidates are Preferred.
