Ability to Identify IP Address schema, Subnets, Subnet Mask and perform basicIP Address management. Should have knowledge on various network elements,ports, devices, Links and Technologies. Should be able to understandTheoretical concepts in Network fundamentals like SNMP, TCP/IP, etc. Clearunderstanding of the Ticketing Tools like Remedy, Magic etc, and should be ableto create new tickets, modify/update tickets, Assign tickets to various queues.Clear understanding of Monitoring & Management tools like Solarwinds, WhatsUpGold, Cisco Works etc. Ability to handle Cisco Sys Log Reading, Reporting, SLAadherence etc.”
