Experience and deep practical knowledge in development of C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Windows Forms, GDI+, ADO.NET, Remoting, Enterprise Services, Transaction Management, XML, SQL, Multithreading, .NET and Code Access Security, and Custom Attributes (AOP).
Experience in current web services implementation in .NET and good knowledge of WSE and WS-* specs

IBM Mainframe Skills :
Adequate experience on IBM VM/VSE environment
Experience with IBM DL/1 Database design and administration and exposure to VSAM files
Good knowledge of PL/1 and preferably also Visual Age PL/1 on Windows
Experience with CICS/VS (must) and preferably with TX Series Version 5 (not a must)
Experience with JCL on VSE and preferably with Job Schedulers (ideal would be ZEKE/ZACK but not necessary)
Experience with Gener/OL or Telon would be added qualification
Exposure to relational Database and preferably experience with Oracle (Version 8i or 9i) or DB2
Experience with HP-UX would be ideal but any other UNIX platform would do
Some projects on migration from one platform to another would be an added qualification
