• Identify the outstanding claims with payers through the reports from clients
• Place calls with payers with regard to outstanding claims
• Document the details of the calls made to payers in VIMS and the client software
• Coordinate with the team leader in following the processes
• To follow Information Security Policy and Compliance requirements including regulatory compliances



Non voice:
• Process transactions as specified by Team Leader/Client Manager
• Familiar with medical billing processes would be an added advantage
• Achieve productivity target and quality requirements

Desired Candidate Profile:
Voice:
Graduates/Diploma Holders with or without expereince can apply
Diploma Holders ( 10+3 or 12+2 ) can only apply
BE/Btech graduates with less than 65% aggregate can apply only for Voice Process
Bio Tech & Bio Medical EngineeringGraduates do not have percentage limitations.
Candidate Should be good in oral communication
Candidate should be flexible to work in continuous night shifts
2011 Graduates can also apply
Non Voice:
HIgh school Candidates can apply
Graduates in any discipline (Except B.E/B.Tech, MSc IT and MCAs)
Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills
Good typing and communication skills
Willingness to work in different shifts
