The resource will be a member of TR Cognos team of application specialists supporting TR global FP&A organization’s use of Cognos Planning. The Support Specialist’s primary responsibility will be support and maintenance of all assigned Cognos Plan applications and application components.
Additional responsibilities include enhancement to project documentation, liaise with Plan development team, Technology and Data support teams and with business representatives. Core technologies used by the team include, but are not limited to: Cognos Planning, Cognos Reporting, Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Office.
Experience: 0-5 Years
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Education:
Masters/ Bachelors/ Professional Degree in any discipline, preferably with an associated subject of Finance
Desired Profile:
• 0 – 2 years of general application support/development experience
• 0 – 1 years of COGNOS PLANNING support/maintenance/development experience
• Pro-Active Customer Service attitude
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good interpersonal skills with an ability to build effective relationships
• Team player with flexible attitude, resourcefulness, and initiative
• Well organized and results driven
• Experience on an Offshore Development Team
